RCMS Weekly Activity Calendar 10/8 Start
GBB Practice
Girls Basketball practice will start on Tuesday, 10/10 after school. Players should meet in the Middle School gym after school dismisses. There will also be a parent meeting in the MS Gym at 5:30pm.
League XC Meet - Marysville
The NCKL XC meet at Marysville Country Club will start at 3:00p with 7th grade boys/girls race, followed by 8th grade boys/girls race.

Middle School Activities Recap:
Tuesday: On Tuesday, 7A,7B and 8B went to St. Marys for volleyball. 7A and 7B both picked up a win on the night! We then had our 8th Grade B team play St Marys 8A and 8B. Rock Creek 8B defeated St Marys 8B, but lost to St. Marys 8A.
Thursday: On Thursday, our football and volleyball teams went to Clay Center for a league matchup. In football, Clay Center (7) defeated Rock Creek (7) 26-20. Rock Creek (8) defeated Clay Center (8) 60-16. In Volleyball, 7A split with Clay Center on the night, going 1-1. 7B went 1-0, 8A went 2-0, and 8B went 1-0!
Saturday: On Saturday XC went to Riley County to compete in their invitational. Results will be shared when posted!
Also on Saturday, Rock Creek 7A and 8A competed at the NCKL Volleyball Tournaments. 7th grade defeated Concordia and Wamego to earn a spot in the championship! They were defeated in 2 by Clay Center. Rock Creek 7A earns a 2nd place finish in the league and ends the year with a 19-7 record! Rock Creek 8A was in action at Chapman! They started their day off with wins against Abilene and Chapman to advance to the championship, where they fell in 2 to Concordia. Rock Creek 8A finishes the season with a 2nd place finish in the NCKL and with a 22-5 record. We are very proud of our teams!
