Scholars Bowl Information
Scholars Bowl information was shared with interested students this week, with the “tryout process” getting started. The applications are due first thing Friday, December 15th. The team will be announced before Christmas break. Practices will be 7:30a-8:15a on Tuesdays and Fridays beginning January 9, 2024. Students should contact Mrs. Ashley VanGilder or Mrs. Ashley Wilburn for application or any questions about Scholars Bowl.
Middle School Activities Recap:
Monday: On Monday, Rock Creek GBB hosted Ft. Riley Middle School. Rock Creek 7A won 32-0, Rock Creek 7B won 29-5, Ft. Riley 8A beat Rock Creek 8A 37-25, and Rock Creek 8B won 39-9.
Thursday: Rock Creek GBB ended their regular season Thursday when we hosted Concordia. Rock Creek 7A won 24-17, Rock Creek 7B won 11-2, Rock Creek 8A won 21-20, Concordia 8B def Rock Creek 8B 18-9.
Rock Creek Boys Wrestling wrapped up their season on Thursday at the NCKL Wrestling Tournament in Concordia. Rock Creek was represented by a varsity and a junior varsity team. Rock Creek Varsity placed 5th out of 8 teams in the league with 144.5 points! Please follow this link to see all results:
